LESSON 7

Location of Heaven

As Jesus is the King of Kings and His Father the God of Godís we can understand that He lives in the Heaven of Heavens. (eye hath not seen)

Heaven of Heavens is the Third Heaven and Paradise

2 Corinthians 12:2,4I knew a man in Christ above fourteen years ago, (whether in the body, I cannot tell; or whether out of the body, I cannot tell: God knoweth;) such an one caught up to the third heaven. Verse:4How that he was caught up into paradise, and heard unspeakable words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

Luke 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.

Revelation 2:7 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the tree of life, which is in the midst of the paradise of God.

Heaven of Heavens is the Lordís Possession

Deuteronomy 10:14Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD'S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is.

2 Chronicles 2:6But who is able to build him an house, seeing the heaven and heaven of heavens cannot contain him? who am I then, that I should build him an house, save only to burn sacrifice before him?

Ephesians 4:10He that descended is the same also that ascended up far above all heavens, that he might fill all things.)

Heaven of Heavens represents the Highest Authority

Ephesians 1:20-21Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Psalms 113:4The LORD is high above all nations, and his glory above the heavens.

Hebrews 9:24For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
