Lesson 3: Water Baptism Unto Death and Resurrection Life

Jesus Christ, the only begotten son of God has been revealed to us. We have been born again of the Spirit through repentance and remission of our sins through the Blood of Jesus Christ. Now God wants us to hear His voice (the Word) and follow Him. John 10:27 “My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me”. The revelation of the Lord Jesus and forgiveness of our sins is not the end point. Instead it is the starting point of an abundant life in Christ Jesus. Jesus said: John 10:10 “I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” He desires us to enter into the fullness of His salvation for our lives. 2 Corinthians 5:17 “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.”
